omg! i got my driver's permit FINALLY. i turn 16 in sept and daddy soooo didn't want me 2 get it but finally mama put her foot down and now i have it! mama said i get 2 get my own car when i get my real license so i'm going 2 practice ALL THE TIME now that i can! yay!!!

omg i am so excited for prom!!! mrs bundy is sooo nice and she gave me all sorts of pointers for taking pictures and i can't wait 2 be able 2 see everyone all pretty and in their dresses and everything.
my mama and i went shopping this weekend and i got this really pretty dress 2 wear. i wanted 2 go forever ago but daddy said that since i wasn't really going i could just wear something i already had but mama told him 2 stop being stingy so we had 2 go and pick over all the stuff people left behind which really sucked but we ended up going 2 baton rouge and i got the prettiest dress ever! i even rented a whole bunch of those prom kinda movies. like she's all that and 10 things i hate about u and movies like that.
heath ledger is sooo fine. :(

first of all, i am SO sad that ppl are going around trying to say that ashlee and pete are only getting married because she's pregnant. omg so what if she is??? that doesn't mean that they don't love each other any less! god ppl are way 2 mean u know?
second, i really really really hope that u are all voting for TARA for prom court! it's like totes unfair that sophomores can't vote. :( but u should vote for her because she's sooo awesome!

omg i so wish i was 18 cuz i really want to go on this show! paris hilton is so pretty and i wish i could have the chance 2 meet her because she's gone thru so much and i think that people are way 2 mean 2 her. what has she ever done 2 them, honestly? :(
oh and good luck if u tried out for the musical!!! :) the try outs were wed and all but i hope u all did really good! :)

hello, apple creek! this is lydia bennet! i'm so excited that we get 2 use journals at school because i just don't think it's cool that we can't use livejournal at school. i remember once during my freshman year i was able 2 figure out how to do it because one of the computer guys sat next to me during some class and he told me how and i did. it's SO sad that we can't update with our own cool icons, though. where's the creativity in that?
anyway, hi! i guess we have 2 introduce ourselves and stuff, right? well, i'm a sophomore here at apple creek - YaY rAnGeRs!!! - i'm in drama club and dance team and yearbook! actually, yearbook is kind of more like a class but it's so much fun i don't think it really counts. but i'm also in dance 3 and that isn't really like class either, i guess. algebra and world history are, though. anyway, i love yearbook a lot because it lets me go around and meet new people and i get to go to all of the events. i even get 2 go 2 prom this year so i can take pictures! it's going 2 be so much fun! it would be more fun if i had a date though because i would be one of the only sophomores going oh my god
uhm after school i think i'm going 2 go 2 college and maybe i'll be a photographer! or maybe i'll be a doctor? i don't know. i have lots of time before i have 2 think about that though, at least that's what mama says. oh, that's right, i live with my mama and daddy and my four sisters.
and oh my gosh did u guys watch american idol tonight? it was SO sad and heartwarming and stuff. i wanted 2 give all of my money but there's a really cute skirt i want to get at hollister.
